Lavy hired in Nashville.
Well talk about contrasting systems from one coach to the next. I know that is the norm, but this like too extremes...

Berube snubbed as finalist for Jack Adams...Roy, Babcock, Cooper
yep. very curious to see what pekka rinne looks like behind a new system.
I think it should be for the good of that team - even though they made the playoffs more times than not in the past, they never really got any far - Lavy tends to do well with teams early on in his tenure - they have to at least try something different - I still think Pekka is a great goalie regardless and no matter what the system is, having Shea Weber and Roman Josi in front of him shouldn't hurt either
Lavy might be able to help guys like Filip Forsberg and Craig Smith elevate their offensive games - I like those two guys - and maybe Lavy has some input on the roster too, who knows
reduced, due to popular demand. though it was 10,000 that helped the flyers get to the finals a few years ago
you should all feel shame.
1000 seems like a gimme...
11. Pure speculation on my part, absolute guesswork: Paul Holmgren said this week one of the reasons Vincent Lecavalier struggled is because Peter Laviolette, who recruited him, left, and Lecavalier wasn't a fit in Craig Berube's system. Is there a trade fit now that Laviolette is in Nashville? Flyers would probably have to eat a good chunk of his salary, but Holmgren and Poile have a history of getting deals done.

Haha!! How about 2015 posts for a Stanley Cup in 2015?
Edit: Just saw you changed it back to 5,000. I withdraw my suggestion.
Since we got 1215 on last years 5K isn't unreasonable at all.
very interesting. his 30 thoughts are probably the most interesting NHL-wide blog (?) out there. always seems to have good insight.
also, for weber lovers, more in there about how the predators won't be trading him
it's 5000, final answer. everybody else loses
