Does anyone remember a superstar of the NHL taking this long to decide where he wants to play like LeBron does every 4 years.

No I don't, lasgop. This LeBron thing has become a megalomanical sideshow of epic proportions and people (even the fans) are behaving like a mass of idol worshipers that follow his every move and jump at his every whim or lack thereof.

I hope hockey never adopts this mindset because not only is this player abusing the FA system in basketball, he is now beginning to affect the integrity of the game by the demonstration of this type of corrupt power plays at a number of levels.

LeBron is easily the most annoying athlete on the planet. His 'me me me' attitude and the way the NBA caters to his every whim is utterly disgusting. I have more respect for Cristiano Ronaldo then I do for LeBron.

haha it's been somewhat of a tradition since a few of us were back at ESPN.. I think the first time we did it was in 2010 and I think phillyphaithful48 started the thread. it's just been kind of a BS thread. talk about random things that are going on in your life or in the sports world, or whatever comes to mind. for a while we actually had quite a few people from other boards popping in from time to time.

i like it. I like bundy better than coatsey and watch on TV more than I listen on the radio.

We didn't have any luck reaching our goal last season which was the sole reason why we didn't win the cup so if you could help us out this season it will be much appreciated.
