Never fished this lake before, but hoping so. I've seen pictures of 4-5 lb large mouths and good sized catfish though.

yea, you restrict what people look at your profile, so i wasn't able to see what thread you were posting in. I looked at the other guy's history but he posted so many different places and he was "facepalming" you in some sooner thread but that just looked like you guys having the same fight as in here, calling each other stupid and crap. so i gave up looking.

it was the socialism thread. i looked at that but i apparently didn't read far enough.

i don't get into political discussions, but I'd agree he was the idiot in that thread. but you both went too far and someone should have just stopped talking somewhere within all of that mess.

here's my one political comment - i think the tax system needs fixed such that rich people have to pay more, there are too many loopholes and they have the money to find those loopholes, where the poor works his/her ass off but doesn't have the time or money to do that. i do not agree with shit the Democrats are putting out about a "wealth tax", that doesn't make sense as you can have wealth but it be tied up in property or investments. but those people have to have income coming from somewhere to eat and live and that needs to be taxed.

Good crappie lakes/ponds are hard to come by in these parts.

I have 3 (all farm ponds) within 40 minute drive of Omaha. I'm fortunate to be able to fish them any time of the year I want. They're great for ice fishing, especially when you can get a mix of big bull bluegill in there too.

Wish we had some good walleye and perch fishing around here. Crappie is as close as we can get to the good eats.

I don't see NW scoring much at all, and I actually think Fields will have his least active game of the season thus far. I imagine Dobbins will tote the rock quite a bit in this one.
