this seem liked a good place. i trust you guys more than some joe schmo giving google reviews or whatever. Anyone have contractor recommendations in Omaha? I want to add a second story over my garage (other houses with same design in my neighborhood already have this, so i'm thinking it would be relatively easy). At the same time i'm thinking i need new windows on the whole house, side the whole thing too. my wife would also like 2 bathrooms redone. so it's quite a lot of stuff.

houses in Omaha are getting too damn expensive and i think this would be cheaper than buying. Our house's value is up 40% from when we bought it in 2009.

yea, the omaha market is crazy expensive right now. especially in a well established neighborhood in a good school district like mine. Realtors calling me all the time asking if i'd be willing to sell. If we were attached to our school and my wife didn't have a ton of shit in our basement, i'd consider moving, but it just doesn't make sense to move.
