what do you mean by prorated

they will put a dollar amount on each weeks worth of games and that much money will be deducted from what the players will get,the owners will lose the same amount,,,,put it simple,,,,total revenue for one complete season divided by 20,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you have to count the preseason games also those games are not discounted to the fans so they will have the same value
