you want to blame someone,,here you go,,,paul taglibue,,,,gene upshaw,,,,,,,,upshaw managed to get the last CBA passed coned the owners into ratify it,,,,there were owners then that did not like the deal,it passed anyways,,,,,,,now who do you want to blame,upshaw for taking advantage of the owners who wanted the strick to end or the owners for caving in to the demands of the players,,,,,,,taglibues part,,,,,,,being weak and not fighting for what the owners wanted,,,well what say you
