I like the kettle charcoal grill.
Just got to damn lazy to fool with it.
I do use a smoker box with my gas grill for most stuff.
Alder for salmon, cherry for chicken, etc.

Got a Weber right now. Damn it's been a good unit, about 13 yrs old.
Still works like the day I bought it.
Wife doesn't think it's "pretty" enough anymore.
Guess it's gotta be the Weber again.

Torn between the chacoal smoker and the propane smoker right now. I use both gas and charcoal grills, depending on the mood
