I am thinking best available out of the 2. You really dont want to reach when there are 2 glaring concerns. I think we lose Dixon so we should probably look for another back up QB at some point.

Alex Henery would be a very good draft pick.

most accurate kicker in NCAA history.

I thought Dixon was ok when given a chance. It looked like he was handcuffed by our genius OC...

CBs will not slot in around your first round pick. The top 3 will be gone and the next tier is not worth a pick that high. I see the Steelers addressing that in the 2nd and/or 3rd.

Some mocks show CB Williams from Texas to the Steelers at 31.

I don't like his talent level at that pick. Sine the steelers have a couple of heavy needs (IMO) at OL, DE and CB, I think that you would get much better value at one of the other positions there, but that is just me. Roc Carmichael, from VT had been to the southside 4 times prior to the lockout, for what it's worth. He is a projected 2nd or 3rd.

yea there arnt any CB's that will still be there when our pick comes around ..but who knows the steelers are known for finding that no name player and turning him into a super star .. I say imo fill the o line needs .. give ben more time to make a play to score ..you can lag a bit in some other aeras then .. we aint pretty but we get the job done

I agree but in the Super Bowl the 3rd corner was abused and clearly the glaring issue on the team.
