I'm Ok with however this game comes out. What this team has accomplished already with its limited talent on offense, hindered further by the restrictions placed upon it by the limitations of this coaching staff, already makes it a successful season. If they've gone as far as they can go I'm happy with what they've accomplished.
Seriously? Great Oline, with crabs back and Patton starting to look decent plus Davis and Boldin? Our redzone offense is what's really holding this thing back. We start scoring TD's consistently, we start blowing teams out IMO.
Agreed on the RZ offense but I think the O Line is going to be what kills them today as well as Kaepernick's limitations as a passer in the pocket. I think the O Line is highly over-rated, especially as run blockers and in short yardage.
No way the Panther D let's Kaepernick have all those running lanes that GB gave them, they are too disciplined. So the O Line is really going to have to block well so that Kaepernick does not panic and start scrambling. I don't think the line can do it but this team has surprised me before. We'll see. I'm cautiously optimistic that the team can find a way to get it done.
I'll agree that our O line has played sub par this season, but they are still talented guys. Let the panthers play zone to close running lanes...Kap proved he can throw all over you if you do that. Plus this time we have Mr 3rd down, Crabs. But at the end of it, this game will come down to the defenses. Plus IMO Newton hasn't played that well down the stretch. Im hoping for a classic Newton mistake or two.
Sick of them talking about how this is Cams first playoff game. I can see it being a big deal if he was playing on the road. Hes a professional, I don't see how he prepares in any different way
