I'm still clueless as to how it can cost $300 million for Toronto to host 5 soccer games. If the bulk of this is to expand BMO Field I think most people in Toronto would've told them to fuck themselves but the fact they're keeping it secret means everybody is going to tell them to fuck themselves.

I was watching some Cariboo Cup highlights on youtube (don't judge me) and the Salford City - Leeds game went to penalties. It was tied at 8-all and Salford City had a chance to win, but the Leeds goalie made the save. However, the ref ruled that the goalie came off his line and the kick to be re-taken. The Salford City player made good on his second kick at the can and eliminated Leeds.

I think my main reason for posting this is that I often see goalies come way off their lines during penalty kicks, but the ref rarely make the call.
