Trout (37.9 bWAR; only four full seasons) will probably surpass the following players in career WAR next year:
J.D. Drew (44.9 in 14 seasons)
Rocky Colavito (44.8 in 14 seasons)
Nomar Garciaparra (44.2 in 14 seasons; keep in mind most of Nomar's value came from 97-03 (41.0))
Tony Oliva (43.0 in 15 seasons)
Rabbit Maranville (42.8 in 23 seasons)

It's a totally contrived, bogus question designed to stir up controversy or find some faintly negative slant on the epic season Bryce Harper is having. The one legitimate comment was that Harper does need to show he can sustain this kind of performance over the next 2-3 years. If he stays healthy and delivers on that potential, then I think the answer "flips" to Harper. Hands down.
Whod he play for? Cant find his WAR any wheresJesus Christ.
Trout has been tagged in exactly one FanGraphs post since Opening Day. It was a post about whether Bryce Harper is better than him. Since that post, Harper’s hit .207 with a 115 wRC+. Trout’s slugged .641 with a 198 wRC+.
I was just about to post something about this.Last 190 Plate appearances:
Trout: 11 home runs
Harper: 11 home runs
Bumgardner: 11 home runs
I'd put the tweet but I don't know how

A lot of talk on SF radio to try to get Bum into the HR Derby this year. He has already stated in the past that he would absolutely do it if given the chance.
