Yeah yeah give Sam a couple HOF WR's on offensive to throw too. A HOF tackle and a HOF RB. Talent around you does help. I'm sure Kurt would agree.

He gets that deer-in-the-headlight look, sits with the OC, reviews pictures of the previous Offensive series and the opponents defense and then just sits or pouts. Not the characteristics you'd like to see in a fired-up QB leader of a NFL franchise.

I wonder how much they all communicate outside the huddle? In my eyes, if you want to win.. You find a way. You bring together your offense and figure something out. I've seen that deer-in-headlights look the majority of the time with Sam. Or the defeated look - walking off the field not knowing what to do.

Even if the OC's plays are not all that, is it really that hard to make adjustments on your own if you understand the game? I really don't know at times if Sam understands how to read defenses and makes adjustments.

All the great ones did/do it. And all the great ones hated to lose.

Maybe the two of them with all their wisdom, experience and knowledge should take over for Snisher.


When was the last time anyone outside of Coug has made any of those statements about Sam's struggles Smed?

Somehow a convo about skill set, one that I've conceded to some degree, get's back to ground hog day.

Those two back2back ACL injuries were enough for me to say I'm done. Doesn't change the fact that Sam may very well be behind Center this year and if that's where Jeff wants him I'm gonna be rooting him on.
