If you put a taller player against Curry and at least make him jump over to shoot that deep of a three, sometimes he misses, albeit not often.

This stupid-ass article makes little sense. It is in the category of the Lakers need to make a trade just because they have not done that in a while. Meanwhile, what they are purported to give-up to get what they need and maybe want is useless. James is this their best player right now (even though he has durability and age issues) and to get rid of him just to get a bigger more physical/durable Center is pointless.

Granted AD is not THE Center because of his durability and maybe between-the-ears issues. The only guy to move that would make sense would be DRuss and maybe a number one but giving away Hachimura, DRuss, Two Number Ones, and maybe Hood-Shafino for a Center and no true Point Guard is taking a step back.

The Lakers need to stick to their plans when they hired Redick and that would be to develop what they have. Trading for the sake of trading is pointless at this point.
