Bullard gets cut, as well as Nall.

Not a shocker with Bullard, he never really lived up to his potential and I thought even before the OTAs began that he might be a candidate for ax. Also no real shocker with Nall, but I was holding out slim hopes that he could somehow fit in as a hybrid RB/FB/H-back. Guess not.
