The last two I watched were Key Largo (Bogey, Bacall, Edward G and Lionel Barymore). It even had Tonto (Jay Silverheels). Also watched Legends of the Fall.

I have The Big Sleep (William Powell) on tap.

Pointless. There was absolutely zero reason to have this movie in existence. Not that it was necisarily bad, it just wasn’t good. And casting choices, given that it is technically in the MCU, was very odd.

A New Hope
Empire Strikes Back
Return of the Jedi

4K HDR picture, proper widescreen. Audio a wee bit lacking.

Still enjoyed.

Have never seen one if the newer efforts. No desire to either.

Hold The Dark with Jefferey Wright n the dude who played Tarzan, Alexander something. Weird ass movie, but I liked it. Give it a Strong B.

Bone Tomahawk with Kirk Russell. This movie was some bullshit. Unnecessary racism, there was a horse that hated Mexicans being one instance. Stupid suspension of reality, boring as fuck for a very long stretch. The ending was nasty n pure shock value. F- for this shitty ass movie.

I love late 50s early 60s comedies. Doris, Rock, Garner, etc. Many times Tony Randall. Good clean fun.

Move Over Darling - 1964

Doris, Garner, The Rifleman, Barney Fife, Gomez Addams and a host of others.

Doris gets marooned on a desert island for long enough to be declared dead and comes back to find hubby Garner married to Polly Bergen “legally”.

Fun and games ensue when The Rifleman who spent the time marooned with Doris shows up to see Eve. As in Adam and Eve.

Nothing highbrow, nothing witty, just fucking funny. And they all work so well together because they did it so many times in so many movies.

And despite her peaches and cream characters, anybody who thinks Doris Day wasn’t hot is blind.

Winter's Bone
By far the best JLaw movie you will ever see.

That surprisingly to me, was not a bad movie.

I read the synopsis and was a little "eh..." but it turned out to be a decent movie. It held my interest all in one viewing, so I gotta give it an IMDB of 6+. I'd probably give it a 6.5 overall. Good movie, good acting, believable.. a little flat in some parts, but I agree it's worth a watch.

I'm not a HUGE Jennifer Lawrence fan, but she does seem to try and put effort in her films.. I just don't think a lot of her films are that interesting or have been done before and done better (Battle Royale for one).

Silver Lining Playbook was good too. The problem with JLaw is that when an actress that young and attractive wins an academy award, the industry regards her as a cash cow and she ends up being re-promoted as an action hero and/or sex symbol. Her value goes up in Hollyweird but the scripts and characters she has to work with are far less worthy of her talent.

ooooh forgot about that one. I love that movie. Fantastic movie and is carried by Cooper but I can't short Lawrence, she did a fantastic job as well.

I have rewatched that movie multiple times. Definitely an 8/10 in my book. I do like movies that dive into psychological trauma and do it well, and that movie did it great. I love when he's at the football game and his Doctor is totally onboard with cheering for the Eagles and not treating Cooper as a patient.

The letter at the end Cooper gives always gets a tear from me. Yah I'm an emotional shark, you FUCKS!
