Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning. The action/stunt scenes were pretty great as always, but that's the only good thing I can say about it and it took them forever to get to the good stuff. At 2:50 they could have and should have cut at least an hour out of it. The plot was as usual an end of the world scenario where the clock is ticking. But the plot & dialog were daytime soap opera level stiff and lame and far too many with no dialog at all where the camera panned the room stopping on the facial expression of each individual for far too long and I guess we're supposed to imagine what they were thinking or some shit. Very little humor too. 6/10


Also The Great Escape and The Dirty Dozen for the umpteeth time last night on TCM .. both classics of course.

If you watched one Mission Impossible, you watched them all. No reason to waste your money watching the latest one. Which is almost three hours long.

Watched The Accountant yesterday. It had been a while since I had seen it and really enjoyed it. I'll definitely give #2 a shot.

The Replacements. A movie that I've watched a lot but I can still laugh every time while watching it.
