I agree, but If I had a group of young players, then the next question I would ask myself self is this:

Would the Lakers team of young kids benefit and learn more from playing with Wes Johnson or Nick Young or with Metta World Nut Case. In this case I think Nut Case has more to offer on defense which is the center piece of Scotts system.
