The PGA Championship has often been the major with an unexpected winner, but there are literally no big names in the top 10 currently, though Dechambeau seem to be making a move. What's different about this course?

Watched it yesterday, seems like greens were really firm and fast and many close shots rolled off the greens. Course conditions must have been very difficult, several big names missed the cut. Lots of golf to be played, leader is at -7.

I like these tough courses more, better than watching -15 or -20 or whatever after 2 days.

Leaderboard tightening up. Something like 20 players within 3 of leader. Big names starting to show up.

Will be a good final round. It’s Scottie’s to lose. Several big dogs will be chasing him trailing by 3-5. Should be fun finish.

Even some guys at -5 could make a run for it. Depends how Scottie plays, I guess.

It got close for a minute, but Scottie eventually ran away with it with an even par round. 500+ yard holes that they call par 5s at that course had a lot to do with the scores. 15 wins and his 3rd major in 3 years. I don't think itr will be long before he becomes the next grand slam winner... he's very Tiger-like in that when he's on his game the others are playing for 2nd.

I haven't paid much attention in recent years the payouts for these.. that's $3.4 million for Scheffler. But what struck me was that behind him there were 3 guys at -6 then another 3 guys at -5 and the payout difference was $720,000. I bet most of those guys were thinking about that on the 18th green.

Watching Rham collapse was so much fun, Sheffler's baby spawn was almost tolerable.
