Apparently others are seeing the same thing and that idiot Jeanie Buss and her lackey Pelinka have learned little the last time they let James be the de Facto GM and destroy the Lakers with a bunch of over-the-hill players that were his buddies. And Stephen A confirms what so many already knew including yours truly. The Lakers are not going anywhere in the post-season until they either inhibit the influence of James and his Klutch Sports , or they get rid of him and Kutch Sports altogether.

James wants Redick as the next head coach and his son drafted. Do any other players have this sort of permitted influence? This is why Jeanie Buss should sell the team and get the hell out of the sport!!

I agree that Vogel or maybe Cassell or Borrego may be the best candidates but then James isn't going to be happy and we are back to square one again. Part of this problem is Jeanie Buss, who often defers to other people to make her decisions for her. She is not providing any sort of leadership like her father would have done and she used to do. Now, it's a crap shoot.
