They clearly need change. Gabbert has to be gone and It's too early to pull the plug on Bradley, but they really need help at QB and most other positions as well.

They stink and they are in big trouble. That team has talent at 1 position WR. They need to trade one of the 3 WRs they have and get some picks so they can build a complete team. In the Draft I would go QB and Defense for them.

Gus Bradley doesn't not understand strategy… He just doesn't … So many times this guy put Seattle's D in bad situations to the point where players started getting ticked off openly… He has no clue when to blitz and sits in zone bubbles all day long…

Yeah, watching the Jags, it's clear they just weren't in the position to make plays. Of course some of that is talent, and they don't have much, but their coaches are also to blame. The leash on Bradley is going to be extremely short moving forward.

If I'm in charge of the Jags I take Clowney and stay the course for one more year with Gabbert; next year I take Winston, hire an offensive minded head coach and start looking for options to move that damn team.

That might not be incredibly realistic but that would be their ideal situation.
