He would get big money because the market would dictate that.

Looking at the past couple of years the money WR have gotten he would likely command more than guys like Eric Decker and Golden Tate and there is always some team out there willing to pay that price.

would his body of work (ie stats) stack up with these guys, be just ahead, be way ahead?

if you're using Decker and Tate as guidelines, then that isn't too bad? was thinking 'big money' is one of the highest paid WR's in the NFL?

Assuming he's healthy this season and Kap is healthy to throw him the ball he'll project to having a pretty good season and I would say he could get a Harvin or Mike Wallace contract on the open market.

It's not just about stats when it comes to these contracts but talent and skill as well. Crabtree has #1 WR talent (not dominant #1 talent like Johnson or Green) and he's easily more talented than Decker, Tate, and even Wallace and there is always a team or two out there that's willing to scratch a big check for that kind of talent.

will have to disagree here, his body of work nor 'potential' game breaking ability, doesn't justify top three NFL.

Harvin is at $11M a season, Wallace at $15M per season. these are the two highest paid WR's this season.
