(37-27) and Iowa freaking State (23-21) is currently ranked # 19 in the absurd excuse for a college football playoff ranking. Yet 9-1 Boise State is ranked two spots BELOW this 6-4 Texas team - which will almost certainly be 6-5 after next weekend's trip to play AT # 13 ranked and 9-1 Baylor.

I agree somewhat. That does seem high for 6-4 no matter the quality losses if you want to call them that. I would watch out for a slip up though. Tough home game loss to the Sooners after being up 20+ points. Emotional and no longer undefeated. Texas has nothing to lose. Watch out.

That ranking was when they were 6-3. New rankings come out tonight
