I really like him and his ability to get to the qb and stoping the run. The one issue he is built for DE right 260 pounder would he be olb or inside for us

Well, he is expected to be in the 4.8 range. That is not fast enough to be a good ILB and we need speed.

To me it's Collins height, 6'4" that stands out. That and reading that he was a safety in high school had me thinking of Brian Urlacher who was also 6'4" n right around 260 lb

Then I read at walterfootball.com he's projected to run a 4.8 forty n that made me sad. Cuz if that's truly the case. Mr Collins NFL career will be limited to bring a 2 down played if that even

Yes 4.8 is slow for a LBer. Parsons is much faster than that.

JOK should be the LB we should be targeting at #19. Parsons probably wont be there.

If we are talking potential, I'll take Collins every time. You can improve speed, I'm more so concerned with short area quickness and processing. Imagine a couple years in a NFL weight room and if needed, him dropping 15lbs?
JOK, looks good too. Not sure how his DB type body is going to hold up near the L.O.S

at 6'4", 260, not sure you can improve your speed all that much as you age. But, you can put on a few pounds w/o losing speed which you already posses (JOK). My money is on Darrisaw or JOK at 19.

Ex. Before the combine a kid routinely runs a 4.71. He gets in months of training and loses some weight, now he's timed at 4.66.
It completely changes how he's perceived defensively despite a very small change in speed. Collins excels at zone, with time i believe he'll be sufficient at man too.
I see no difference between Landon and JOK. Sorry if that's blasphemy.
On a compromising note, Parson is dropping in a lot of mocks.
