Since the chatter is there about us dealing Cousins to Cleveland (who knows if it is true or not), and whether or not you want to keep Cousins for another year, is there anyone you guys would deem worthy of the trade up? Of course assuming we don't give up any other high picks. Cleveland dropping 8 picks and getting Cousins and a mid rounder?

Morgan Moses is the obvious name. Who else would you want?

I would prefer we don't, but if we do? It is George Allen's son managing our team you know so just throwin it out there.

For Moses at 26? Pass. I might consider this trade on trade day, but not for Moses. He's a reach at 26. Now if Dix or Mosley or Martin or Evans were still on the board, I'd be interested in dealing with them.

ESPN heads think there might be a late fun in Round one on WR and OL. If we want our guy, this would make sense. Trade Cousins and our 2nd to move up 8 spots?? Sure... Why not??

If we traded up for an O-lineman... I might need a new TV. Infact if we trade up at all... I might need a new TV. LOL

If I were a skins fan and we did that, I would be some kind of pissed. You have a proven back up which may need to see game time with RG3 running around. You get rid of him and a 2nd round pick which is a very valuable pick just to move up 8 spots? I would be soo mad.

I am not a huge fan of moving up either Nick. But by draft points alone, that trade is OK (not great) for us. The difference in 34 vs. 26 is about a mid 3rd rounder, which IMO is about right for Cousins with what he has (or has not) accomplished. Once again, get what you can now for him. He has. no value for us sitting on the bench and would not win many more games than someone else could.

Dump him and pick up a quality QB who is not on a team, or draft Logan Thomas, Aaron Murray or someone like that late :)

i just dont see the cousins appeal, he was hype, then got his chance to be showcased......yes showcased which is what they tried to do, and it backfired.......

i think the trade would be worthwhile, if someone for you guys is available, because i dont see much value in cousins mainly

i would be against trading up for an o/lineman . it would have to be a difference makers for us , plus you are talking about giving up an extra pick

The last 3 games Cousins played in he had a lot less to work with our offense was hurt with injuries and the team was going to hell with the Shanahans.

understood, but the plan was still to showcase him, strictly to put him into a role to shine, to grab a big trade for him, and it backfired..........

We might not have to give up that pick if Cleveland feels he is worth a third rounder. The difference between picks 26 and 34 is 140 points which equates to pick 90 on the draft board, a third rounder. So I was probably wrong in assuming we would have to give up any pick.

We have a difference in theories on what difference makers are though Skinsdad

look i am against giving up players /a pick (4th or 5th was proposed) to get one guy when you can get the equal or better by simply waiting . i dont see o/lineman as game changers

maybe a prior or dix but still i would bitch at the pick

we can get an interior o/lineman by simply staying put. RT is a need but why move up ? i am not o/line or bust in this draft . i am BPA at a position of need and if not then trade out or take the BPA on the board

There is no way in HELL that I'd give up our second and KC to move up 8 spots. That's ludicrous.
