Cool. Just finished up supernaturals and jumping into this.Yep, Jensen ackles is in it as well.
Just binged both seasons.
Very well done.
If Black Noir was able to track Butcher with facial recognition, why weren't they on the lookout for the other three who all happened to be walking around in daylight hours across the various episodes? Eh, minor nitpick.
I'm guessing the Church will be the Season 3 main villain/backdrop?
Or maybe they have to track down the supes that escaped where Lamplighter worked?
Good stuff.
I think It will end up that the “revealed bad“ is actually working with Alastair Adana. At the end of S3, Lucy, Wyat and Rufus will appear and all 5 will leave together.I thought the church would be the bad too... But then the last reveal kind of killed that theory...

My one hope is that they don't bring back Stormfront. Keep her dead.
Would ruin the emotional impact and the trajectory of the story imo
Speaking of which, apparently, her babbling was nothing evil. Apparently she was talking about taking a walk with her husband and daughter. I saw a YouTube vid that translated everything she said. Her end was a complete hoot. I really liked how half her legs and arms were literally burnt off. But I loved how she was left babbling away in German. Hilarious

would have been a pretty cool Easter Egg though.Oh yeah. You could get that much out of it even if you didn't speak German.![]()
I am pretty sensitive to the slant of Hollywood, but I was not bent in the slightest by this show. I thought the analysis of corporate-ness was quite interesting and appropriate to the story.
And A-train was just as villainous as Homelander, if not more so.
KI am on episode 5 or 6 with starlight at the Jesus convention.
pretending that going from conservative common sense based morals to liberal nonsense is ideal and a sign of growth has me turned off now.
then you definitely don't want to watch season 2 because they go heavy on the Trump political approach and you will be mad.I am on episode 5 or 6 with starlight at the Jesus convention.

I didn’t really get that, personally. I saw that arc as the religious leader dude just being a corrupt corporate shill supe, just like all the other corrupt corporate shill supes.I think starlights path (I’m at the festival) is the pretty clear why that it’s being said.
WHAT???then you definitely don't want to watch season 2 because they go heavy on the Trump political approach and you will be mad.
