You are telling me that the black players never experienced bully coaching in middle school and/or high school? They were never bullied by their friends and acquaintances when growing up? Their Moms, Dads, and siblings never bullied them? Rightttttttttttttt...……………………….

I can tell you that in black neighborhoods it is NOT all unicorns and rainbows.

Blacks compose around 15% of the population, yet, that population commits over 1/2 of all homicides.
Meanwhile, whites compose around 75% of the population, yet, commit 45% of the homicides.

That means

10000 murders
5100 murders by blacks
4500 murders by whites

if it was unicorns and rainbows, the black murder rate should be 1/5 of the white murder rate. it should be 900 murders, nope, it is nearly 6 times that number.

If they did not like the Iowa Way, they could have left of their own free will. Some did.

Why did they stay if they hated it so much? Because of the opportunity and also because it was safer than being at home.

At this point it's just going to be a glorified exhibition season. This makes two likely 1st rounders opting out, with the VA Tech CB doing the same. This guy is a beast though, good on him.

Yeah, I think he made right choice for himself and wish him best. I doubt their will be a season, but still, bleh

I dont think the flood gates have really opened yet. If say Lawrence or Fields type player opted out im sure we would see a mass exodus follow

They haven't opened up completely yet, but it already still feels like a glorified exhibition in my eyes. We are going to see outbreaks during the season, meaning we'll have people playing that normally wouldn't be. Plus taking away OOC games, which IMO is the best part of CFB, already lessons it too.

He's not a scrub but even being B1G WR of the year hes not really someone you could call a nationally recognized player to the casual fan

Most P5 play maybe 1 decent OOC game and 2 or 3 body bag games. Is anyone really missing those body bag games? from a fans perspective, I know the actual G5 conferences are missing them money wise. I guess maybe the teams that need them to pad their W-L numbers.

Most years MN needed those to get to bowl eligibility and allow me tailgate and leave game drunk and happy

One conference is going to find a way to play 1 body bag OOC game and the idiot fans of some conference will claim they had the "only legit season" because of that. "We played Stephen F Austin so we are the only true champion!"

The Big 12 is looking like that conference

I think what players will do has more to do with the "star power" of the players opting out in question than you would think. Its gonna take one of the upper QBs calling it quits to really open up the gates. Not saying Bateman isnt a elite college player at his position. But it is what it is
