Badgers ranked in Top 10 both football and basketball preseason. Could be a fun September thru March in Madison

or very disappointing.

Big Ten dominates at top of Offensive Line U. standings as Wisconsin, Ohio State and Michigan lead the way

Pipelines to the Pros: Offensive line

Where do NFL teams go to find the most pro-ready players? NFL.com's Pipelines to the Pros series explores which schools, at each of eight positions over the last 20 years, have been providing NFL clubs with not only the most draft choices but also the most impactful pro players early in their careers. And beyond that, an examination of why those schools are so successful and the factors that contribute to a college program's ability to maintain pipeline-like development at a particular spot on the field.

Today, in the fourth of eight installments, we examine the schools vying for the title of Offensive Line U.

Iowa has got to be up there, they seem to put OL in the NFL every year.

He's talking about the pledge (or whatever they called it) that the athletes and parents signed.
Then I assume yes. Behind the scenes info: They tested everyone as they returned to campus for all sports. Everyone tested negative. However, one person (non-football) sneaked through - - they weren't far enough along to test positive. This (so far) involves less than 10 positives total but many players went home or who-knows-where for the holiday, so out of an abundance of caution, they are taking a one-week pause.

I assume everyone will be tested next week and must be negative to return.

@iowajerms what is the environment like around Iowa City these days in regards to the football program and Kirk Ferentz? Seeing a lot of stuff on Twitter lately but figure most of it is just trolls.

Yeah I'm seeing the numbers of black athletes grad rates being really low compared to most of the 65 schools.

Guess they can't spin that as they are mostly NFL ready and don't need a diploma?
