So much of arm talent is accuracy so this gets tricky because guys like Brady and brees are accurate but they don't necessarily have strong arms

Yup, but both can be so accurate throwing down the field and get the ball out before the receiver is breaking open it doesn't really become a detriment that it isn't on a rope. Brees for example is #1 QB rating on throws over 20 yards. But I guess their footwork, game prep, reading a defense, etc and such aren't really in here. Best throwers sure.

There's so many great arms out there. Pure strength, Cam, Mahomes, Rodgers, Allen, and Stafford I think get the nods for me of the starters. Cousins and maybe Jackson get in there.. Mahomes, Rodgers and Stafford I think put the accuracy in with that strength.

Those are the ones where you see them with some consistency make throws that when they release the ball fit it in a closing window that most other QB's can't. Brady and Brees will make those throws, just by reading and recognizing them sooner and getting the ball on the way earlier.
