I put the bet before I learned that Couts was out of the lineup tonight. That is a major blow to the Flyers. He was injured during practice when his teammate (hopefully soon to be former teammate) collided with him during practice. It appears to be a knee injury. This series was done before it even began, but losing Couts hurts badly.

While i agree with you about Malkin keeping his cool there. It did not look to me like they were going to call anything until Malkin started back on the Flyer.


At least Malkin drew a PP as soon as he came out of the box.
