My wife's son joined us from Destin area this week where there was snow for first time in years.

Used to vacation in Pensacola area with family, saw pictures from Joe Patti's seafood market covered in snow on their socials...crazy weather!

FYI- We are in Florida for a couple of weeks- Gulf side. Staying on Marco Island. Went down to the Keys for a couple of days. 70's here. Was minus 9 when we left Colorado.

Saw pictures on facebook of you guys hanging out on the beach in the Keys - you probably wouldn't be there if in your panhandle location. .. 40's, windy as all heck, and overcast in T'ville - kind of hard to fathom there is snow on the ground just 150mi north of us - when I was a kid living in Jacksonville we got snow almost every yr. .... YES, it's a big deal to Floridians.

Now we pretty much live by the rule:

My mom and grandma live in Pace and said they got over 8 inches which set the record by like 3 inches.

Been telling my wife 3 inches is a difference maker for years, now I have some data to back it up!
