I hate that we have the absolute best WR in football and he isn't targeted 10 times a half. I don't care if he is triple covered he is more dangerous than half the WR in the league wide open. Play calling is atrocious at best, I really believe most of us could scheme better than he does. Leshoure is not great but was he scratched when they knew Reggie was dinged up?? I only saw bits of the game but I saw enough to be steaming fucking mad!!!!! 39 years of this bullshit is almost enough, I may just be a Saturday football guy soon. Could you imagine what Chip Kelly could do with the weapons we have here?? Even without a running QB the ball would be flying down the field!!!!

Unless I missed it -- How can Calvin Johnson be man covered for much of the game and you don't throw him a deep ball at least once?

I like my chances with a 6'5" monster who can jump to make a play on a deep ball. Who knows when Calvin will see man coverage again.

The Lions are what they are ... an inconsistent offense, questionable defensive backfield, can't finish games, and a team that shoots themselves in the foot with penalties. They are explosive enough to win 7 to 9 games this season, inconsistent enough to lose 7-9 games. Anyone expecting them to be better than that is completely drunk on the Kool-Aid.

Reggie Bush has had injury problems in the past (despite playing 15 games each of the last two seasons), and Linehan has to figure out how to move the ball when he's not in there.
