I'm glad y'all no longer end the regular season with Louisville. Its like the league office looked at Louisville and said "Well, they have similar colors to Maryland. Maybe, no one will notice the difference."

Now that Maryland is gone, I'm confused why y'all don't end with VT. Its like the ACC doesn't care about senior day, unless you're Duke or Carolina. Wake and State no longer play each other on senior day, even though they used to do it for years.

FSU has lost 2 of their last 5 to teams that are 72 & 74 in RPI.
Louisville has lost 2 of their last 5 to teams that are 6 & 14 in RPI.
UVa has lost 2 of their last 4 to teams that are 2 & 72 in RPI.

Surely you can see that FSU really isn't getting screwed like you think they are.

It's just because FSU has lost more recently than Louisville and has worse losses than UVA(who's also 2-2 in their last 4). Plus they don't have the recent track record of success like Louisville and UVA has had the last 3-4 seasons.

There's no doubt FSU should be ranked ahead, but these are the reasons why they aren't. FSU has a MUCH better resume than both.

I actually do think they are getting screwed in the rankings, at least from a resume stand point. They have a resume of a 2 seed, and have a ranking of a 4 seed. But as I noted above, I can see why people would rank UL and UVA ahead based on recent success of the last 3-4 seasons.

I don't have an issue with UL being ranked ahead of FSU (#4?), just UV, and especially WV. Right now FSU is 5-1 vs RPI25 and 9-1 vs RPI50, both best in the country.

FSU also has 3 losses to teams with RPI's of 72 or higher, with 2 of them back to back(Temple, Syracuse and GT).
UVa has 1 loss to teams with RPI 72 or higher. (Syracuse)

Rankings are almost always about what have you done lately. It's usually very hard to move up, but slip up just a bit, you take a tumble.
