The game in Cameron is the type of game UVA need to beat Duke.

Yep, when Tre Jones was unable to play they had their chance, but just his presence made a huge difference tonight as predicted. Duke looked damn good from the get-go, focused and determined

I'm sure Tennessee is good and Gonzaga is without Tillie again with an injury, but I think this team gets better thru February while these other teams with upperclassmen peak

Bilas isn't a referee but good game Virginia, you guys are pretty good, just not Duke good.

douggie my friend, congratulations to your Blue Devils for making a statement tonight as a small dog. I just don't understand how any linemaker worth his salt could make Duke a dog anywhere, and oh yes, I was all over Duke tonight plus the points for real money. Honestly, I will be surprised if Duke loses again on the way to their next national championship because they are that good! I know, they've got two games coming up with the Heels and possibly the Cavs and the Heels again but I just don't think they have the horses to play with Duke.

Coming into today, I thought UVA had that game.

UVA is just dogged by the same problems. They have no go to guy and they can't score quickly enough when they get behind.

Virginia's slow tempo works well against average and good teams but when great teams like Duke starts raining 3s out of the gate to lead by double digits quickly, playing catch up doesn't work too well for Virginia's style of play.

Virginia took away Zion's drives and penetration but didn't defend the perimeter. Bottom line Duke is getting better which should scare the hell out of everybody else. I kept watching them sag off Barrett and Reddish to stop Zion with double and triple teams and I thought that was a recipe for disaster. Barrett, Jones, and Reddish scorched them time and again.

Tre Jones is a difference maker.

Was a good game. Much props to UVA. They needed that game to stay on the one line IMO.
