Gottfried, much like Sidney Lowe before him, left the cupboard pretty full for his successor. If there is one thing you can say about NCSU basketball, is that they recruit very well regardless of the coach.

Impressed with UVA. They did fine against Duke's zone, they just missed a ton of wide open shots/3's. This score could have been much worse than it was IMO. Ironically the biggest shot of the game was somewhat contested(but still a good pass fake by Jerome to get some room).

I don't think UVA takes a loss the rest of the regular season. Even if they lose 1/2 more games they'll still be a lock for a 1 seed. So lock them up because they aren't taking 3 L's with what they have left.

I think they'll take another loss or two, but they pretty much have the ACC wrapped up. I don't consider Louisville a serious challenger this year.
