I like the idea but picking from a specific list I am not a huge fan...their are some guys that made zero or one-time all stars and they are better than say a guy that made 4 or 5 AS's possibly so choosing for a list of 30 players when you want to choose another player doesn't make that much sense...but it doesn't matter to me.

Why can't the list just be suggestions? With you being able to choose someone else if you want to as long as they meet the criteria?

The reason I don't wanna pick from former drafts is because we almost always have super teams, I don't want this to result in super teams but I will put good players in the position buckets.

How about this? Just a little wrinkle to start this draft (kinda like a fantasy draft).

You are allowed 2 keepers from your team in this Dynasty draft. You have to select these keepers before the draft. If you choose keepers, they will be designated for your 1st and/or 2nd round picks. If you choose not select keepers you have your 1st and/or 2nd round picks available. Only stipulation is the draft order will be announced after we go through this process.
