Can the Thunder make the best offer. Yes, no doubt, no question. Will they? No, no doubt no question. I do think that Topic is a very valuable asset. They don’t have the volume of firsts
And topic was a top 10ish guy last year
and I doubt hou pats amen on the table
Hou in a tough spot without their salary floatsam they had last year and really close to the second apron

I think the aprons have changed Prestis thinking on all the picks. Yes originally the plan had to be make a big deal when the time is right. Now the picks are going to serve keeping some cheaper rookie contracts continuously rolling.I don’t necessarily disagree
But that was my point.
They could if they wanted to
Especially in volume of firsts
Yes and if Houston wanted to they could offer better players, that is my point.I don’t necessarily disagree

OKC has the better picks but picks are picks…question marks and you still have to draft well.
Houston has the better players…unless of course they including Jalen. Only way I would see any possibility of that is if he shits the bed this postseason and they say fuck it…I give OKC < 10% of getting in on the Giannis sweepstakes.
I think Houston might have the best odds

Well Sengun is their best player. Right now they have young players with potential but nothing is set in stone. I would say Thompson has the most upside and they still have a great pick package to offer. You can only offer so many picks.Well that is just it
Who is Houston going to offer?
If they deal any of their best young players, they won’t have the pieces they need to contend with Giannis.
I think the most likely trade package is pick centered with some matching salary and maybe a player on a rookie deal with a bit of upside.
Houston has the Phoenix picks which could be excellent. But OKC has so many assets still it is truly remarkable. This is what the 6ers were going to be before Colangelo messed it up.
Not underrating him but the center of a Giannis trade? Cmon. PG’s and wings are way more valuable or bigs that can shoot and/or defend the perimeterYou guys underrate hartstein
I’m really curious what mil would want back as filler
Because most of the hou young guys a need extensions asap
