They are one big time scorer away from being one of the better contenders. Rumor is they want to get Booker this summer, if they don't give up too much that puts them right with OKC in my opinion

Booker would be good for them. They don't really have a stellar point guard.

I don't know about right with OKC though... they're on another level.

True. They've just been so bad for so longer, I don't think anyone really takes them seriously as a contender.

Well that's just it, this is the first year when they are good in a while, but they aren't contender level yet

It could also be the same story as OKC. Didn't they win like 24 games a few years ago? The Rockets just need a talented young guy to really turn the engines on.
