So if you were/are aware, then why did you make that ridiculous comment about LeBron not traveling? Maybe you were being facetious, I don't know.

If everyone does it, it's as if nobody does it. If it's not penalized, who cares?

MJ's famous playoff winner vs the Jazz was after an obvious shove to clear the defender. Should that have been penalized?

was funny because your exploits had nothing really to do with the topic.

as far as what's wrong with me? You want an alphabetical or chronological list?
It had everything to do with the topic that I was discussing with tlance as I was providing a cause-and-effect argument for the necessity for referees to reign in this exponential growth in traveling on all levels. We came to the conclusion that the NBA does not want that to happen.

Maybe you read it wrong (you did). Read it again. Never said Lebron doesn't travel.

Wow. That First sentence makes little sense. If everyone is speeding over the limit, how does that nullify that everyone IS speeding? Perhaps what you meant was you were describing two ends of a continuum concerning rule-breaking behavior. I don't know?

Totally different sport in how officiated so not really relevant.

Never mind you also seem to think Lebron does it far more than anyone which is only agenda based not fact based.

I think it's hillarious when guys throw in athletic exploits (real or fake)....even when has nothing to do with the discussion.

Guess you can relate?
Everyone on here exploits themselves…

I don't think he had a fan in a headlock it was Prigioni if anyone.

Which that dude is nuts for trying to take on any man that size much less Stew.

Stew got off light though.
Well at least he won’t be able to take it out on any Thunder players tomorrow night.

No that is not true either. I only mention LeBron because: 1) I am spend most of basketball watching time watching LeBron and the Lakers; 2) I am well aware others have done it throughout 60+ years of watching basketball; And 3) Perhaps I should include other blatant offenders of traveling in the NBA in the future.

Nope. The gist of the discussion with tlance was that traveling and flopping should be called way more to curb its use. My point using the weightlifitng example was to support my position that the integrity of the game is suffering because the NBA has changed its stance on enforcement to attract certain basketball-watching demographic groups of which I am not apart. It was a little nuance I think you missed.

Bother me? I laugh at it since with other things you have said it's clear you are lying about your athletic prowess. And, yes, it's funny when you throw in the lie even when not relevant.

Understood everything you said.....powerlifting and the NBA should in no way be compared in how they are officiated or how rules are enforced.

But go ahead and go back to thinking Lebron travels more than anyone in the sport or more than MJ did. THAT was the topic.

It is pretty hilarious to me that this is an actual topic today and what people are claiming.

My dad got me interested in the NBA when I was young.

He loved watching back in the 80s. Even had a partial season ticket plan for the Bullets for a few years.

Know why he stopped watching NBA?

He was sick of refs allowing stars to get away with travels and carries and he also hated how physical the game was allowed to be played.

That was in the early 90s.

If nobody is being stopped for speeding? It doesn't matter. BTW, everyone speeds, great example.

Uninforced rules are not rules but merely suggestions.
