They just did an update that showed Lebron on ESPN doing some on court work and said that the Lakers plan on being cautious with him. Said it looks like about another week or so depending on how he responds to the on-court workouts.

Easy to keep extending it of course, but I'd be little surprised if they did.

I don’t know man.

I would be concerned.

Said this before, but I strained my groin last June. Was able to do like 75-80% of normal activity within a week and a half of the injury.

And I still can’t get past that point to this day.

Groin injuries are the worst. Incredibly difficult to avoid tweaking it during recovery.

At this point I think mine is chronic and I fear may never feel normal again.

Two podcats I've listened to in the last week on social media have stated that the Lakers are keeping quiet the potential fact that James may be out for the rest of the season. Healing of his groin is slow and he is having trouble bending and twisting similar to what AD experienced and carried to Dallas with him. Granted, there can be a lot of BS involved when the podcasters start saying things like: "My sources tell me..."

Whether any of what was leaked is true or not remains to be discovered but if it is true, the Lakers are going to have to get everyone scoring and everyone playing Defense and no taking-off the Third Quarter that the Lakers are accustomed doing.

As a result, the Lakers just might miss the post-season altogether especially with Hachimura, DFS, Doncic, Hayes, Vanderbilt, and Vincent in various states of injury presently existing.

You all won't miss the play in.

Definitely...but, even at 40, I'll take 75-80% of Lebron over 100% of most other guys. lol

Some of these podcasts on Instagram and other social media can be laced with BS just to get viewership.

That is just it…

1 explosive move and I am done. I can go through the motions at less than full speed. Can’t go full speed.

Cant play competitive basketball like that.

Starting to think the Lakers may be just fine with Jaxson Hayes at center.

He could use a little more weight, but he seems to have settled into a good role where he plays some defense, grabs some boards and gets lobs from Luka, Lebron and Reaves when he runs the floor.

If it wasn't apparent before, it certainly is now with Jaxson Hayes. All Luka needs is a big that roll to the rim and jump. Doesn't matter what his name is or what else he can do, he'll make that guy look great
