Don’t care for him that much. He isn’t a great fit around other top players. He needs to be surrounded by really good role players. Dame is a point guard and he is a power forward and yet still can’t make the fit work? Major red flag for me

I just don’t think their role players are good as we anticipated. Going from Dame to Holiday defensively is a huge downgrade. No Middleton, who hasn’t been the same in years, hurts too.

By letting Bruce Brown and KCP walk in consecutive offseasons, Booth is essentially begging Malone to use his highly-evaluated young talent. To this point, Malone has not listened.

Think about it this way: An actual HOF coach, George Karl last nine years in Denver… Michael Malone has already lasted longer than that in this organization.

So yeah, right now I’d be more comfortable with Rick’s kid, David Adelman, leading this team into the future than I would Malone.
