I think that is going to be the main priority for the Lakers this offseason - get a starting Center

I think Jax really stepped up to the plate filling in for AD, but he's more of a role player than a starter.

They also need to work on keeping the team together to run it back, Lebron and Finney-Smith are the only two players with a player option this offseason and I can see them both come back. Goodwin is on a team option and should be back too.

Kief, Alex Len and probably Maxi will be outta here next season.

I'd be very interested in hearing what the doctors saw in his physical that caused the Lakers to nix the Mark Williams trade.

That 15.5 ppg and 10.5 rpg would be a big help...and he's only 23.

This is the only sport where the previous generations come off as jealous haters

The like was of course your comment, not Shaq.

Or maybe Lebron lasted this long because he was not lazy and took care of himself off the court?

It is absolutely egregious for Shaq to collect 15 mil a year because of the NBA and then does this shit.

Just a really bad look for Shaq.

He did not make the most of talents. Was he great? Yes.

But he could have been greater if he took care of himself and worked harder.

Imagine a trim and fit Shaq who played 75 games a year and shot over 70% from the FT line.

That player is in the GOAT conversation.

The biggest thing I get out of that is that the Thunder are 56-2 against 24 teams. Totally unreal.
I also wouldn't sweat it. Every time the Cavs lose I hear cannot beat teams with long, athletic wings or bigger, physical teams.

Yet only 4 teams (as of now) have beaten us twice. As for OKC less worry as they've been playing much better down stretch.

diminished quality of play because they are bigger, faster, stronger and more skilled?

And can’t get anywhere on the floor without carrying, traveling or flopping?

...and stays in LA, with the Lakers winning a few more championships
