I caught a bit of the game. The team looks exhausted 5 games in 7 days. Not the best time to be playing their worst bball of the season. Detroit seems to be finishing strong
Oh, that's why we were summoned. My bad, @Stakesarehigh.

Nice win by Detroit. Thinking for the Cavs rest of season is maintain #1 seed and stay healthy. No need to even make the obvious excuses they could use for the loss.

With hindsight wasn't the PG deal for SGA and a lot more worse?

Saw an article that listed the worst trades in NBA history and Luka to the Lakers was 11th.

The worst trade, according to the article was Kobe to the Lakers for Vlade on draft day.

The PG trade was on the list, but I forget where. 6th maybe?

I'll have to see if I can find it.

Oh, I agree with you on that.....was just countering the MJ took 5 seasons off stance is all....
OK....but it's nuts to call Lebron soft because of some days off when their hero took seasons off and played far fewer of them.

Did they include deals for picks giving consideration for what those picks became? If so, the Stepien deal of I believe pick that became worthy for Don Ford had to make it

I don't think they did. I looked mainly at the rankings and less about the reason for it.

Why do need to BS so much?

Of course you are criticizing, we all do that, it’s what makes these forums entertaining
I'd say sometimes what makes them entertaining are irrational, emotional posters like yourself who can make factually incorrect comments (lie) and cannot be adults to own them.

OK.....but didn't MJ miss more games than Lebron.....or seasons?
You don’t get it, I define the goat as the greatest at their best. Of course they have to have enough accolades and longevity to qualify but at there bests I don’t see it as a contest honestly.

And the traveling which also has become blatant, is that rampant too? To answer my own question, I believe traveling and palming the ball are becoming more prevalent and blatant, not only in the NBA but filtering down to even young kid's basketball. Plenty of examples.
It is.....and no way Lebropn travels/carries more than MJ did. Flop? Yeah, maybe...traveling? no way.

Cool...but the comment to which you replied was regarding MJ lovers calling Lebron soft for missing a few games.

Pay attention.

Damn straight, Shopson. One of the many reasons the ratings of the NBA have declined and continue to do so. Many of the players of old are either privately or publically bemoaning these examples of the obvious degradation of the INTEGRITY of the game while shaking their heads. Not a good picture.
whoa.....older guys are saying their era was better in a sport and being critical of today's game/players? No way. This is a major story.

Is 27/7/7 on 50/35/74% consistently over 22 years and counting not in the same discussion as 30/6/5 on 50/33/83% over 15?

I can’t even get through your entire post cause I don’t know WTF you’re talkin about

Are you responding to some else thinking it’s me

Leflop has a tremendous positive impact on the court for the lakers

I’m totally impressed with his work ethic

He’s not acting like a GOAT , that’s all I’m sayin. That’s it!

Lastly , I would pick MJ over leflop in any era of the game, that’s where it ends!

2 different players who have tremendous skills. MJ was totally focused throughout his career, leflop not so much as we all witness the childish behavior, is he on something, roid rage, who knows…
"Totally focused throughout his career" but had to quit? Twice.
