If Lakers believed Bronny was a legitimate prospect
He would be in the G league full time.
He’s doing what LeBron wants, period. Not saying that’s a bad thing, just how it is.They don't have enough viable bodies consistently to have 12 players available. He's also missed games due to injury.
I don't know that full time G league indicates legitimate prospect realistically. Better to get some practice time with the big team IMO interspersed with G-league games.
Of course, none of that means he's necessarily a viable prospect (at least in the short term) regardless.

Yeah, I'd imagine that's part of it. I'm sure it's kind of tough for Lebron. He's at the end of his career and playing in the NBA with your son has got to be an amazingly cool experience.
Lebron is smart enough to know that Bronny needs as many minutes on the court as possible if he's ever going to even make it as a bench player in the NBA and that he's only going to get that kind of time in the G-League...but he's also gotta love having him on the Lakers.
I hope he hasn't convinced himself that the practice time with the Lakers is better for his development than game time with South Bay.
This has been rumored for a while now.
Byu has gotten a major recruit in b2b years because they actually have crazy donor money.
Idk why it took so long to get them to buy players lol
what would have been best is another year at USCYeah, I'd imagine that's part of it. I'm sure it's kind of tough for Lebron. He's at the end of his career and playing in the NBA with your son has got to be an amazingly cool experience.

They changed this apparently, it’s not a requirement just a suggestionDo they not still have a missionary requirement? Haven't paid any attention to BYU grads in quite a while...
I think it is a requirement if you are Mormon, and it would be nice if you aren't. They would certainly be willing to overlook it if some of that NBA money made its way back. They changed this apparently, it’s not a requirement just a suggestion
A quick check showed it is not an absolute requirement for BYU athletes.I think it is a requirement if you are Mormon, and it would be nice if you aren't. They would certainly be willing to overlook it if some of that NBA money made its way back.
Pretty boring to be required to only use that position. How do they enforce it?Do they not still have a missionary requirement? Haven't paid any attention to BYU grads in quite a while...
Playing their best ball in nearly a year and this is what they let get out lmao so silly
