I saw this rant and was just dumb. Have to believe Windy was holding back not telling him what a dufus he was.

Would NY be a favorite if Lebron could just be dropped on the Knicks roster (as apparently he thought was how a Lebron to Ny trade would go down)? Probably.......like at least half the league would.

I disagree. Brunson is having a great year but not MVP caliber. Knicks have a good team that fits well but people are slobbering over them acting like this is the best team ever. It’s bc they haven’t seen a great player in so long. Melo was a better player, they just didn’t build around him

Fair point. And to be fair, it looks from afar like Strus has transitioned well in Cleveland according to most of the Cavs posters here.

No star or great player that's for sure....but giving more than I expected. He's definitely more than just a shooter and could have used his rebounding and boxing out vs. NY last year.

Think it was the contract too and really based on FA lately seemed about right. Overpaid, sure, but many FAs who are not elite or older ring chasers are overpaid in FA.
