what about a deal around Garland?

would be a huge risk for the Cavs- but I would think LeBron being there would aid in getting Mitchell to stay- breaks up the 2 small guards.

Would need more than just Lebron though for Garland at this point. LeBron, Reeves for Garland+

wasn't Mitchell ecstatic when he heard he was coming here and part of the reason was Garland (along with allen/Mobley) were staying?

I am down for dealing Garland if they think it can help us but that will be a tough deal to make for multiple reasons. First, there are a lot more solid to really good PGs out there than there are what we need, which would be available wings (preferably a SF). Second, seems like usually deals that get made now are where 1 team is looking to get better and another looking to shed salary and/or get picks. Not where both are looking to make a run.

This is the issue with any Lebron trade. His value In a postseason is enormous. And even next year. The amount of revenue he brings is unequaled. But he is 39 years old.

Do you trade Garland for a year and a half of Lebron?

It's title or bust with that move.
