Exactly!

Do you think his conditioning miraculously improves just because he’s on the Lakers?

He's had one season below 66 starts in his career prior to this season with that conditioning concern.
He had the Mavs in the WCF a few years ago and the finals last season with those concerns.
He's averaged 28.6/8.7/8.3 for his career with those concerns.
He's been all NBA 5 times in 6 years with those concerns.

What is he if he gets past those? GOAT?

Lebron/Doncic are both ball dominant. They can't do much without the ball They just stand around. . And neither guy has heard of defense. . They should have at least went for Curry to try and snatch that final title before both Lebron/Curry retire and then try and get Wembenyama down the road or something. What does Dallas get out of it either? AD can't stay healthy just like Doncic and hes already 32 on the backside of his career. Just dumb all around for both teams

He's played in 85% of the regular season games heading into this season. Only 1 time did he play less than 66 games. All NBA 5 out of 6 seasons.

Curry lol? He's clearly hit the decline this year and the Warriors would still never trade him, especially not for what the Mavs got for Doncic.

Clear win for the Lakers. Decent move in the short term for the Mavs, but a huge mismanagement of assets at the very least.

Yes, I know you were talking about Hach’s D.

I think he is better than average, but each his own.
He is likely to be dealt (to get a C which they desperately need) as well as Reaves (he doesn't fit in the starting lineup with Bron and Luka)....they can plug in DFS at his Hach's starting position and he is a better defender and role player IMO.

They could keep Hach and deal Reaves but 1 of those 2 will be gone if Rob can find the right guy at C.

It doesn't look like Pelinka is going to do anything before the deadline but then you have the Luke/AD out-of-nowhere affair. So...

I don’t see Reaves going anywhere.

He is essentially their PG right now, and Luka can play SG with James at the SF.

Or, as mentioned, Reaves becomes the 6th man off the bench leading the 2nd unit.

Reaves is too valuable to trade for some middle of the road center they are likely to get to fill the void.

They aren’t getting a stud center from anyone, so Reaves should never be included.
