I just thought 4 years 63 million might be an overpay for a guy who is already 27 with a limited track record that has never been a full time starter that shot 35% from 3 last year.
$15m per has become role player money, even more so with the forthcoming cap bumps.

Not mad- just curious what is going on. Been in the news a lot and he seems a little perturbed. Gotta say- I would be hesitant to pay him a huge number considering age and past injuries.

His timing is bad. With the new cap rules, the Warriors can't freely pay aging players to keep them happy anymore without knee-capping their GM's ability to make adjustments on the fly. He's the first of that group to feel that change.

Yeah.

Harden was the first guy overall.

The warriors are next

Then Derrick white in Boston

Depending upon how long it takes the Harden situation to evolve into a trade, the Sixers can help them clear their future cap responsibilities to the tune of clearing $75 million per year in salary. Sixers could even help them get out from under Ball.

If you take ball it’s game over imo

Yeah Cavs won despite no Allen, Cam going off and the Nets shot 16 more FT’s.

I’ll take it

Escaped might be more accurate, but a win is a win. Need someone else to step up though, as I wouldn't expect 27/12 out of Strus regularly. Allen would certainly help with the rebounding, but someone else will need to step up, scoring-wise other than Mitchell. I would guess that falls on Garland and to some extent Niang.

For whom? Not sure what you mean.
I think he means he almost untradeable with that injury so they do it in a heartbeat. He will have two more season on the books with a player option next season. Miss all this season

Well Garland and Mobley were timid. Niang was cold.

The answer is obviously Mobley. If he doesn’t make a step forward offensively this year I might be worried

It’s really weird to watch Indiana do good things…

I’m waiting for them to botch the hield situation now

Deal is done

Chicago has to do that
That’s what I was thinking. The value is in Lavine and Caruso and you take Ball as salary filler and then utilize league rules to help get some level of cap relief. It’s essentially a big market squad buying their way out of someone’s bad deal. May need another piece besides Lavine Caruso and Ball to make money work but not much. I think that’s about 70 million.

The Wolves pregame last night had me all fired up.

Talking about how this is the most talented Wolves roster in their franchise history (not a huge bar obviously). And they are right. It absolutely is.
Then the game started. They weren't even to the 1st commercial break and they had me remembering what is so frustrating about this team (dumb turnovers, poor rebounding).
