Dan Patrick asked Doc Rivers what changed with James Harden last year. Said that he was playing exactly how the Sixers needed him to and then just stopped in the 2nd half of the season.

The Sixers have put someone in place wherein if they don’t get a Harden deal done in say a month, they could attempt to fire Morey in order to get Harden back in the fold. Why? Because first and foremost it’s about Embiid and keeping the asset convinced they’re trying to win.
