I don’t see Kahwi as highly as you do, however he was a very highly rated 2 way player.

He’s not nearly my favorite Clipper.

But, he has had a good career.

Put it like this, Jalen is having a great year as a up and coming 22 year old.

When Kawhi was 22, he was a finals MVP.

I think Jalen is a bit further along offensively.

Defensively at the same age?

No.

But, he can get there.

Been holding it in to some degree, I mean like the message board degree, but we are almost halfway through the season and after tonight they are going to be leading the West. I know the big deal in the playoffs is having the experience to beat teams 4 times, but right now I don’t see this team backing down to anyone and having to beat them 4 times is going to have some guys shaking their heads. Love love love what Shai said last night, that was a big “ok we are here” to everyone.

The 2 wins in Denver was more to me we are here moment IMO especially the 2nd win

I like the Thunder against anyone in the 1st round.

But, recent history has shown experience matters the deeper you go.

Memphis and Sacto ripped thru the regular season too.

But, got snuffed when facing experienced, battle tested foes.

Still,…just because it hasn’t happened before doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

Somebody has to be the first to buck the trend.

It would be beyond Cinderella to go from a play in challenger to NBA Champ in the span of a season.

I doubt you heard it but in the Thunder broadcast Dagneault always talks about the team they are playing. He usually has some amazing analysis on teams but with some starters out last night he just said those guys have a history of no matter who puts on that uniform they play well and they play hard. He complimented the system that has lasted so long.
