People don’t foul passers. He doesn’t have that explosive first step to instantly draw a block call. When he’s on the block he’s a back to the basket guy, and not a face up guy. Didn't see the game, but my guess is that Jokic operated more in the paint vs. the Warriors since they don't really have any bigs who could handle him, especially with Draymond out. They tend to foul a lot when teams do that. Same thing happened vs. the Lakers in the playoffs last year. The Lakers bigs spent a lot of time at the free throw line.
